We are a not-for-profit organization, the Los Angeles County Fair Association, and we put on the L.A. County Fair each year. This year is our 90th anniversary of the L.A. County Fair and we are the largest county fair in the world. If we were able to get a free illustration, could we turn around and put it on goods to sell to the public so that we raise funds to create educational exhibits for our guests?
