Marisa Morea was commissioned by D Magazine to illustrate about how Dallas Morning News (the local newspaper in Dallas) reporters are encouraged, using an algorithm, to write at grade-school level. The client’d like to play off the illustrated cover of the classic children’s book “Go, Dog, Go!”, mocking the way they are required to write at a children’s comprehension level.
