Dominic Bodden / Illustrates 12 Portraits for the 2023 RAND calendar

Dominic Bodden was commissioned by the RAND corporation to illustrate the 2023 RAND calendar. The calendar features 12 illustrations of notable historical figures from all fields. The brief was to create illustrations that showcased the achievements and diverse backgrounds of each subject.

“The research was the best part of the job,” Dominic says. “I got to learn the histories of so many interesting people who made such a profound impact on the world. I used what I learned to inform the designs for each illustration”
