Nathan was asked to illustrate for the spring issue of Texas Heritage for Living for a guide on how to choose the right fertiliser for your garden.

Each fertiliser is best suited by it’s nutrient composition for different regions, it being synthetic or natural and for different applications. Choosing the best fertiliser for lawns, or plants, or native flowers and vegetables can be a lot to navigate, and so the article explains how best to understand and then determine the correct fertiliser that you need.

Nathan illustrated a facilitating image using spring inspirations depicting some of the different fertiliser methods mentioned in the article with a family enjoying the management of their garden to show how achievable a well maintained garden can be.
