Noemi Fabra was commissioned by Revista Salvaje to illustrate an article about linking and strengthening communities through traditional slow cooking.
“Waiting time, the heat of the fire, and large quantities of food are conducive to gathering. In our contemporary kitchens (and rhythms) it is not so easy to create such spaces. There is not so much room. There is not so much time. While we look for them, we can bring the love put into the pot to our neighbors.”
