Van Saiyan / GQ Spain / David Bowie

Van Saiyan was asked to make an illustration for GQ Spain accompanying an article on the time that David Bowie and Peter Frampton (during their 1987 Glass Spider tour) wandered frantically through the city center of Madrid searching for a beer. A video went viral on youtube and the route is a must-do pilgrimage for the musician’s fans. Van enjoyed this assignment so much because is a Bowie’s fan.
