Sébastien Thibault collaborates with Gestion HEC on performance and leadership

Sébastien Thibault has once again collaborated with Gestion HEC magazine for its latest issue, dedicated to performance, leadership and building high-performing teams.

For this new issue, Thibault created illustrations exploring key questions surrounding workplace performance and team management, including whether a team is truly performing at its best, the risks of hiring the seemingly perfect candidate, and how excessive communication can affect productivity.

The issue also examines the hidden impact of perceived injustice on performance, as well as the complex role of mutual support and collaboration among colleagues.

This fall edition of Gestion HEC looks beyond traditional ideas of performance, exploring how trust, discomfort, debate, communication and team dynamics can influence collective success.

The project highlights Thibault’s ongoing work in editorial illustration, bringing complex ideas about business, management and workplace culture to life through visual storytelling.
