Mathieu Bureau
Biography
Mathieu is a Montreal-based illustrator and animator. His graphic style is influenced by the exotica aesthetic of the 1960s, enhanced by a touch of the absurd. He creates his vector illustrations as two-dimensional sculptures. He models, chisels, and articulates the forms he draws, then imbues them with subtle textures and vibrant colors. His work can be found in advertising and publishing.
