Nathan Hackett / Texas Heritage for Living / Your Party Safety Checklist

Nathan illustrated for Texas Heritage for Living giving it’s readers advice on how to keep guests safe when hosting a party this fall. One of the main concerns is recognising potential risks to mitigate and the article is a check-list of things to check and secure aswell as understanding liability, coverage and the role of a host in prioritising the safety of visitors. Nathan illustrated a typical Texan home cut away to illustrate the content of the writing and display the safety hazards for the reader in an easy to follow narrative and decorative way. The composition reflects the tone of the article and alleviates the potential distressing nature with autumnal colours and an energetic depiction of characters in a Texan party.
