Belicta Castelbarco / Forbes Japan / Women Award 2025

Belicta was commissioned to create the cover illustration for Forbes Japan’s “Women Award 2025”.

Forbes JAPAN has been hosting the “WOMEN AWARD” since 2016, when the Act on Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace came into effect, as companies’ efforts to promote women’s participation in the workforce shift from simply “improving the environment” to “strategic initiatives” that directly lead to organizational growth, this year’s award recipients are companies and women who have overcome gender bias and turned diversity into a strength. We will introduce the efforts of each company, including Sony, which ranked first in the corporate ranking of 1,665 companies, and Pfizer, which received a special corporate award for its efforts to change men’s attitudes.
