Biography

Marta Antelo is a Spanish illustrator with over 20 years of experience. She has published some 40 fiction and nonfiction books for all ages, ranging from classics like "Little Red Riding Hood" to the popular biography of Rosa Parks published by Quarto Group, as well as various nature guides such as "Forest Club" (Quarto Group) and "Tree Explorer" (Nosy Crow).

She also frequently works in the educational field, illustrating school textbooks.

As a magazine and newspaper illustrator, she tackles topics related to health and well-being, family, childhood, and nature, infusing her images with a gentle touch.

Her use of complementary colors adds an optimistic touch to her work.
