For this project, Mai Ly Degnan was commissioned by Outside Magazine to create an illustration for an article entitled “Ask A Skier: Are My On- Mountain Vibes a Smash or a Pass?” The article discusses dating advice, and proper mountain etiquette while skiing. The illustration captures a moment of embarrassment when a skier is on a date with another whose bad manner’s embarrass her.
