Marie Wolf illustrated the cover of Cicero magazine’s February issue—her third cover for the publication. The illustration uses the metaphor of a soap bubble in which the German Bundestag floats: while everything inside appears bright and cheerful, the world outside feels noticeably more bleak—like a parallel reality. From first concept sketch to final artwork, the cover was created within one week.
