Sébastien Thibault / Greenpeace Magazin (Germany) / Courage

Sébastien Thibault collaborated once again with the German publication Greenpeace Magazin for their most recent issue which focuses on courage. The three illustrations which unite around this theme have different subjects:

1. The Flower Women in Russia
The wives and mothers of Russian soldiers in the Ukraine War protest against the war and the conscription of the men by laying red flowers in public places.

2. rescue ship Ocean Viking.
The Ocean Viking, a ship belonging to the aid organisation SOS Méditerranée, rescued 261 refugees from the Mediterranean.

3. Activists with the nature conservation organisation Mother Nature Cambodia.
Ly Chandaravuth and his fellow activists film environmental destruction (like clearcutting, polluted waters and sand mining) in Cambodia and share it on social media.
