Take the Field, Changing the Game: A New Collective Initiative Celebrating Women in Sport

For over 30 years, Anna Goodson Illustration Agency has had the privilege of collaborating on a wide range of creative projects across industries and cultures. From time to time, however, an initiative emerges that feels especially meaningful—one that aligns deeply with our values and passions.

This is one of those moments.

In collaboration with Le Nadia, the first sports venue in Canada dedicated entirely to women, we are proud to launch Take the Field, Changing the Game, a global, collective initiative celebrating girls and women who are passionate about sport. This initiative pays tribute to those who have always belonged on the field, the ice, the track, or the playground—those who have shown up, given their best, and claimed their place through sport.

Bringing together two core passions—creativity and sport—the initiative invites women from around the world to participate in a simple yet powerful way. Participants are encouraged to share a photo of themselves from when they were young or when they first began practicing a sport, post it on Instagram, and add @fillesdesports as a collaborator.

Each photo and story becomes part of a growing visual mosaic—an inspiring collective artwork that celebrates women’s sport across generations. Together, these images form a powerful statement highlighting the strength, diversity, resilience, and passion of women in sport, past, present, and future.

Participating in Take the Field, Changing the Game means celebrating women’s sport, affirming that our place is on the field, and inspiring the next generation to move, play, and dream big.

This initiative is open to all women.
