Arm-wrestling (Weekend Avisen)

Andrea Ucini was commissioned by Weekend Avisen for illustrate an article about how the European Central Bank is preparing to set up a rubbish bin-bank that can absorb the wave of non-performing loans that are expected to wash over eurozone banks from the autumn.
But the establishment will be subject to arm-wrestling at the political top level to avoid, for example, German taxpayers having to pay indirectly for Italian banks.
