Andrea Ucini was asked to illustrate the Dilemma column in the new issue for the Danish Nursing Council DSR Magazine. This time, the dilemma was about how good or not good is, to interrupt the doctor hiding a worse truth than what he is saying, when you are hierarchically inferior as simple nurse.
