Bea Barros / Cover Illustration/ Toronto Montessori School 2021 – 2022 Yearbook. 

Bea Barros was commissioned by Toronto Montessori School to illustrate their  2021 – 2022 Yearbook. 

The brief was to illustrate the front and back covers featuring their two campus buildings opposite each other, with their mascot and students in various age range playing and cheering together. 

The illustration was created using Bea’s colorful, whimsical style with characters having broken body proportions. The Colors used were mainly navy blue with yellow highlights which are the main colors of the school. Other touches of green and light pink were also added to create contrast, and give a fun and playful look.
