Light the Fires – EDGE Magazine

Chris Madden was commissioned by AD Kate Harkus for an issue of Edge Magazine that focused on neurodiversity. The full-page illustration was to accompany a feature that examines whether a 1996 article by John P Kotter, which presented eight steps to successful organisational change, is still relevant in business today.

Chris approached this challenging brief and dry subject matter gladly. The title of the article was ‘Light the Fires’ so Chris used that as a jumping-off point when creating the concepts.
