Daniella Ferretti worked on a series of 6 illustrations for Yale University’s Cancer Center magazine “Breakthroughs”.
The images accompany different articles from the magazine that talk about treatments, research, clinical trials, patients, fundraising, partnerships, philanthropy and biotechnology development. The cover had to be a synthesis of these different themes.
She also created small headshots of some scientists and doctors that accompany the articles.

For this project Daniella looked for a style that reflected modernity along with a color palette that reflected warmth and closeness to the patients.
