Joe Magee / The Woman Who Planted Trees/Music Video

Joe Magee has collaborated with celebrated musician Emily Barker on a music video for Emily’s latest single, The Woman Who Planted Trees. Shot in Stroud, England, during lockdown, the film is inspired by the life and work of Nobel Prize-winning Kenyan eniviromental activist Wangari Maathai.
On Tuesday 28th July, 7.00pm Emily Barker and Joe Magee discuss the film on a live ZOOM event. After a short screening of the film (via a shared link) Emily and Joe will discuss the process of making the film and engage with Zoom viewers who have questions and thoughts about the film.
