Mia Saine / KIT KAT® Black Music Month
The KIT KAT® Brand and Mia Saine are celebrating Black Music Month by elevating Black voices in 2023. The Hershey Company collaborated with Saine to create 3 of the 6 limited edition packages for Black Music Month. The chocolate brand also has partnered with Memphis Music Initiative (MMI) and five other organizations to support Black youth through music education.
“The six designs for KIT KAT® packaging”were created to highlight a specific genre of music from the city that was featured. Saine illustrated dynamic, vibrant illustrations to share the unique qualities of Memphis, New York, and New Orleans. From compact composition to saturated color palettes, Saine integrated familiar faces and cultural moments that are loved by the wonderful locals and the tourists who come to visit.
