Nathan Hackett / Illustration for The Wall Street Journal / The Super Bowl’s Most Reliable Stock Market Indicator

Nathan Hackett

Nathan was asked to illustrate for the Wall Street Journal Review for an article on how advertisers are trying to find investment clues for their commercial activities during the Super Bowl.

Investment opportunities can be curbed by the huge costs of advertising during the Super Bowl.

Predicting which ads would gain traction in the fractured media landscape and which commercials will ultimately resonate the most have to be more thoroughly analysed than before, and bet on from much richer and more varied sources of data.

Nathan illustrated in a quick turnaround  the difficulty and unknown sciences of Super Bowl investment prediction with a crowd of hopeful investors huddled around an American football player’s crystal ball and awaiting their fortune.
