“Nip Pain in the Bud” Tufts Magazine

Van  Saiyan was asked to illustrate this editorial illustration for Tufts Magazine (Spring 2022).

The illustration was created  in his comic strip style and colour palate,  showing people making performing different sports and activities.

The article was about  Chris Lee, who is an orthopaedic surgeon and team physician for US Olympic Indoor Volleyball Teams . Chris offers ten tips to avoid joint injuries from overuse, underuse, or misuse.
