Sébastien Thibault continued his collaboration with the Gestion HEC Montréal team for their issue on conflict management. The business ecosystem can generate conflicts and the articles present how to prevent and defuse them, manage conciliation between different personalities and how to use humor to ease discord. The main challenge for all illustrations was to present the conflict between colleagues without referring to race or gender. HEC Gestion Magazine is a reference tool in management, entrepreneurship, business strategy, finance and technologies.
