Sébastien Thibault was asked to create several illustrations for the new issue of the Gestion magazine of HEC Montréal about the health of workers. After years marked by a pandemic, a vast reorganization of work, a labor shortage and a modernization of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, it’s time to take a health check on workers. However, the statistics do not paint an optimistic picture of the situation. The articles talk about stress, the advent of artificial intelligence, how to deal with long term absences of employees and telemedicine as a social advantage. Gestion magazine is a reference tool in management, entrepreneurship, business strategy, finance and technologies.
