Tony Healey / MSHDA Portraits

Tony was asked to produce three portrait illustrations for MSHDA (MI State Housing Development and Authority) for a small installation to commemorate 3 of the prominent people in their history.

Traditional ink/watercolor portrait paintings which were scanned and cleaned-up in Photoshop.
